Prosper Manufacturing makes apparel in Tijuana and dispatches orders daily via San Diego. Our services cover screen printing, cut-and-sew, blank sourcing, kitting, and fulfillment. This page explains how we handle compliance and documentation questions for the brands and retail programs we work with.

2. Vendor onboarding and questionnaires

Retail partners and larger programs usually ask suppliers to complete vendor onboarding paperwork before the first order. We answer those questionnaires for your program on request. Typical topics include:

Company details: legal entity, contacts, and where production and dispatch happen.
Production: which steps happen in-house and how work moves through the floor.
Labor and workplace: questions about working conditions and policies.
Shipping and logistics: how goods move from Tijuana to San Diego and on to your customers or warehouse.

3. The Tijuana–San Diego lane

Goods are produced in Tijuana and cross into the United States for dispatch via San Diego. Cross-border shipments move with the customs paperwork the crossing requires. If your program has specific requirements for country-of-origin marking, labeling, or shipment paperwork, raise them at quote stage so we can plan around them from the start.

4. Trade and origin questions

If your program needs to know how goods are classified or whether they may qualify for preferential treatment under trade agreements such as USMCA, tell us at quote stage. We'll review your bill of materials with you and work with your broker on the documentation your program needs.
